It is amazing. An adorable, comfortable environment, and such nice, friendly and talented people. They also sell great natural products! I used to do the Keratin but recently switched to the Pravana. I had my doubts because my hair is really curly and frizzy but it's worked great! I do it approx every 9 weeks and am soooo happy with my new hair!! I have very frizzy hair and my hair is so smooth and shiney. I love it! I have had keratin treatments in the past and while I was sitting and having it done my eyes were tearing like crazy. This pravana does not do that at all and I have such breautiful results. The staff was so professional and courteous -- I plan to have my haircuts and color done at salon elle in the future.
